After 33 years of ministry, the Lord has enabled me to develop a process of personalization that has been a true catalyst for connecting God's people to their God-ordained ministry fit. In this process you will prepare for each week's lesson through daily devotionals entitled Daily Walk. At the end of the six days of Daily Walk, you will meet together to discuss the devotionals and that week's lesson, Studies for the Journey. During week three, in addition to the devotionals, you will work through the Personalization Process Profile, an incredibly helpful tool in understanding your unique gift mix. This will help you plug into your church's ministries in a meaningful way. You will find your facilitator to be a helpful friend and mentor as he or she works with you for six months after the Personalization Process has been completed.

We trust this will be a journey that will never end and that will continue to be a blessing for years to come. God bless you as you embark on this great journey and find your God-given giftedness and place of service and fulfillment in the Body of Christ.
